Garden Maintenance
Garden maintenance plans from £50 per month.
Created together with our customers, each garden maintenance plan is bespoke, but will typically include grass treatments, weed control, new planting, pruning, hedges, containers and pots together with regular flower bed weed control and grass cutting.
Garden maintenance plans run from March - November.
Garden Clearance
Garden clearances from £60.
The total cost of a garden clearance will depend on the time taken, the type and quantity of waste, ease of access and any specialist tools required.
From a simple spruce up for that immediate "kerb appeal" to a full restoration of an overgrown garden.
Grass Cutting
Bi weekly grass cutting from £15 per visit.
Our grass cutting service normally starts in Spring with cuts every two weeks and a final cut in October.
The cost includes edge trimming, strimming and disposal of all cuttings.
As a guide a typical estate sized house front and back garden is the size of two tennis courts and would be £25.
Hedge Trimming
Hedge trimming from £60.
We trim hedges throughout the year however between May - August we will check for any nesting birds prior to starting work.
The total cost will depend on the time taken and is typically based on the height, length and number of sides of the hedge that require trimming.
Our hedge trimming service includes full tidy and disposal of all waste.
Driveway & Patio Cleaning
Driveway and patio cleaning from £60.
Using our flat surface rotary pressure washer together with our power washer we can remove years of built up weeds and general grime and rejuvenate your driveway.
Driveway & patio cleaning can incorporate pre clean treatments, specialist black spot and algae treatments, and post clean weed suppressants and sealants.
As a guide a driveway for two cars would be £150 for a standard clean and re sand.
Painting & Decorating
Painting & decorating services from £60.
Total cost is normally calculated per square meter of surface together with any preparation work involved.
Services include household painting of walls and ceilings, doors, coving, window frames and radiators.
Our painting and decorating services range from a simple door to a complete room, end of tenancy spruce up, through to complete house redecoration.
Handyman Services
Handyman property maintenance services from £30.
The total cost will depend on the time taken and is charged per hour, per project, or via monthly retainer.
Handyman property maintenance services cover all types of home improvement, repair and typical DIY job.
Our handyman property maintenance services are also available on retainer for letting agents, property managers and Airbnb rentals.
Exterior Painting Services
Exterior household and commercial painting from £60.
Our external household painting work includes fencing, shed's, summer houses, decking, guttering, walls, garages and all domestic external woodwork.
Our commercial external painting work includes shop fronts, facia, flats, offices, fencing, and masonry.
Our external painting services range from a simple touch up of a soffit to a full repaint of a shop front.
